Her work has taken her across markets, industries, and cultures — building learning solutions, developing international partnerships, advising clients, and leading projects with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds.
Working across these environments gave her a close view of how differently people lead, communicate, make decisions, and navigate change. Different cultures. Different organizations. Different expectations and ways of working.
Yet beneath those differences, one question kept returning:
Why do capable people still struggle with important decisions?
The answer was rarely a lack of knowledge.
More often, it was a lack of clarity.
